Get Empowered: HIREBLACK Summit Day One is all about empowerment. Join us to be inspired, meet your tribe, and validate the way you take up space- at work and in life. Day one will be filled with panels and sessions geared toward building your confidence, helping you show up authentically, and maximizing marketability to prepare you for your dream career. 

Networking Access Pass Holders will have the opportunity to network and meet with other attendees, career coaches to gain insight on how to prepare a resume, conduct an interview, and reach out to recruiters for job opportunities.  

Get Equipped: Be sure to stretch for day two of the HIREBLACK Summit. We have created an agenda focused on maximizing your people skills to equip you to get hired, promoted, or be a great leader! Join us to learn how to advocate for yourself in negotiations, manage expectations, and gain leadership and management skills. This day will get you in check about your check and prepare you for that promotion. Tap into Day 2 with #HIREBLACK and start your journey of elevation!

Day 3 is all about putting the work into action! Use your summit resources to attend information sessions, join in on partner roundtables, and have 1:1 informational interviews with our partners. Don't be nervous, this is where you iron out all the kinks and learn how to execute professional conversations. Day 1 gave you the confidence and framework to market yourself, Day 2 supplied you with people skills and leadership tools and Day 3 is where you show us what you got! So, bring your notes and prepare to get your dream career win!

The #HIREBLACK afterparty will be the party of the year! #HIREBLACK will be inviting After-Party Pass Holders to an intimate in-person afterparty where they can meet our team and other attendees for a day of networking and elevating. Our afterparty will feature interactive photo-ops, networking, dranks, and three hours of connecting IRL!

No, each person will have to register individually by buying a ticket in order to access the event.

In alignment with our mission, this event was created to center, amplify, and support Black womxn in the workspace. However, if you understand who we center and you’re an ally to our cause, we’d love for you to join, connect, and gain as well! The door is open to anyone who “gets us”.

As part of our terms and conditions, unfortunately, we do not offer refunds. We appreciate your understanding of this policy. Please do note that you can transfer your ticket to another person up to 30 days before the Summit.

We’d appreciate your help! Help us spread the word or consider supporting us with a “Pay-It-Forward” ticket. Pay-it-forward tickets help us subsidize our costs to keep the ticket costs affordable and fund our partial and full scholarships to our summit!
